‘Wearable’ was a travelling exhibition curated by Rifky Effendy. To quote him, “The idea for this exhibition was formed by my observation on works, their relation to ongoing social issues, especially the ones occuring among the public at large. ‘Wearable’ can be translated as ‘something that can be worn/used’. The subject is commonly found in specific discussions on fashion, clothing, or other contexts that relate to the human body.
