IVAA established the Digital Information Center in 2008 which contains the entire IVAA archive collection in digital format. The main objectives were to preserve this data, store it on an online network, develop a new IVAA data classification system and improve public accessibility and utilization of the IVAA data.
This Digital Information Center is divided into two sections:
1. ON SITE (at IVAA’s community room, Patehan Tengah 37 Yogya).
Since April 2009, as part of IVAA’s cooperation with Engagemedia.org, Combine Resource Institute, Yayasan Kampung Halaman and art space, IVAA implemented a new system, that is, using a local server for central storage of digital data on the IVAA Library-Data Center database. With this facility, IVAA library visitors can now access digital archives, watch items from IVAA’s audio-visual collection and directly access the library catalogue from their own laptop or from one of the public computers that are provided in the library space.
2. ONLINE: IVAA Online Resource Center of Contemporary Art

IVAA’s official website contains an IVAA profile, information and notification of IVAA programs as well as all of IVAA’s cooperation with partners and communities.
Online Archive IVAA: www.ivaa-online.org/archive
IVAA’s portal database contains IVAA’s archive collection and documentation center, which can be accessed by the broader public. This online archive has been compiled since the 1960’s until now and is in four different formats: photo images, text, audio and video.

The IVAA Library-Data Center Book Collection and Visual Arts Reference Online Catalogue is also for storing member data, which can be updated at any time.
