This research is published under the title “Folders” , a collection of essays written by two researchers who actively maintain KUNCI Cultural Studies Center, Nuraini Juliastuti (Nuning) and Yuli Andari. Nuning and Andari first read through the documentation collected by Yayasan Seni Cemeti. They then proceeded to determine the themes that seemed to be repeated from time to time, and as such deemed important to be revealed in this book. The collection of essays are categorized into two parts: Infrastructure and Discourse. Infrastructure part consists of: Youth and Interest for Art Education in Yogyakarta, From the Catalogue Reading the Map of Art World Locations in Indonesia, and Media and Art in Indonesia. While Discourse part consists of: Artists and People’s Issues, Contemporary Video, and Public Art.
